I understand that seeking therapy often comes during some of life's most difficult moments. You may be grieving, anxious, burned out, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you want to be. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know that you deserve support and that things can genuinely get better. I am a firm believer in the power of psychoeducation. Understanding why your brain does what it does — why you freeze in certain situations, why certain patterns keep repeating — can be incredibly liberating. Knowledge is a tool, and I want to equip you with as many tools as possible. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
