
There is a moment I love in this work: someone stops mid-sentence, squints, and asks whether other people really do not live this way. That question changes everything. I started out in research and loved the questions, but I kept wanting to sit with the actual humans behind the data, so here I am. Now I work with adults whose distractibility has quietly shaped their whole lives, from lost afternoons to strained friendships. My training is cognitive behavioral, which means we map what your mind does under pressure and practice doing something different. As a BIPOC therapist, I bring my whole self into the room and invite you to do the same. Clients tell me sessions feel like talking to a friend, if that friend asked better questions and never changed the subject. I aim to be someone you never have to perform for.
