In my experience, people do not call a therapist when things fall apart. They call three months later, when it becomes clear that things are not putting themselves back together. I treat this work like a trade: you never stop being an apprentice to it, and I like it that way. My clients are mostly adults stretched thin across work and family who have stopped expecting that to change. Plenty arrive burnt out, having treated rest as a reward they somehow never earn. We focus on what is actually in front of you, plainly and without fuss. I am Jewish, and clients who share that background often appreciate not having to explain the world they grew up in; every background is welcome here. I know many men wait far too long to have this kind of conversation. If your three months have already passed, consider this the sign you were waiting for. Reach out.
