When you're feeling scared, feeling afraid, feeling angry, or feeling frustrated, those signals deserve to be taken seriously rather than soothed away. I'll help you stay with what's coming up long enough to understand what it's pointing at. For people who are recently widowed, or who are carrying a more recent loss, therapy can be a space where the grief gets to be exactly as big as it is. There's no timeline I'm going to impose on that. Therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not an interrogation. I aim to make our sessions feel collaborative and grounded, with room for whatever you bring through the door that day. Many of my clients arrive because they were referred by a professional or because a friend or family member recommended this work. However you got here, the next step is yours to set.
