My clients often tell me that what they appreciate most is feeling truly heard. In a world that moves so fast, having someone sit with you, reflect back what they see, and help you make sense of your experience is profoundly powerful. That is the kind of space I aim to create. Humor has a place in therapy, and I am not afraid to use it. Laughter can be healing, and the ability to find lightness even in dark moments is a form of resilience. That said, I always follow your lead and hold space for whatever emotions are present. My schedule includes evening and weekend availability because I understand that life does not pause for therapy appointments. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to prioritize your mental health without sacrificing other important commitments.
