
One of my favorite moments in any session is the exhale: that audible breath when someone says the honest thing and the ceiling doesn't fall. I get to witness that small miracle all the time. Anger management is a set of learnable moves, not a personality transplant, and most clients feel traction within weeks. We also look hard at masculinity, because you can't change a reaction while defending the rulebook that requires it. CBT anchors everything we do; it's transparent, it's repeatable, and it respects your intelligence. I offer sessions in Korean. I ask the questions men don't expect, and those are usually the ones that matter. Direct feedback is part of the deal; I'd rather risk your comfort than waste your time.
