
Therapy should not feel like another obligation on your to-do list. I strive to create sessions that feel engaging, productive, and even occasionally lighthearted. Real change happens when you feel comfortable enough to be honest, and I work hard to build that trust from our very first conversation. I prioritize cultural humility in my practice. I recognize that I cannot fully understand every client's lived experience, but I am committed to learning, asking the right questions, and creating an environment where your identity is respected and affirmed. My schedule includes evening and weekend availability because I understand that life does not pause for therapy appointments. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to prioritize your mental health without sacrificing other important commitments.
