
People tend to reach out once something modest pushes them over: one more missed dinner, one more morning of dread, one more apology for being tired. I came to this work after years in another profession, so I know firsthand what it costs to keep achieving while quietly coming apart. My clients are often overextended, competent to a fault, and long overdue for someone to be in their corner. When a heaviness has moved into your chest and stayed, we take it seriously instead of talking you out of it. Grounding is usually where we begin, simple ways to steady yourself inside the hour in front of you. I work comfortably in English and French, and you are welcome to use either. I favor clarity: you will always know what we are doing and why. My approach is validating at its core and efficient in its habits. One message is all it takes to start.
