I now help adults whose minds and calendars are equally overloaded. Together we will map the thought patterns that keep the cycle running, then test small experiments against them. My approach is action-oriented, so most weeks you will leave with something specific to try. I also offer sessions in Korean. I aim to be steady before anything else; people change fastest when the room feels solid. We will measure progress by how your actual days feel, not by how well you describe them.
