I'll help you stay with what's coming up long enough to understand what it's pointing at. Therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not an interrogation. I aim to make our sessions feel collaborative and grounded, with room for whatever you bring through the door that day. Sessions with me tend to balance structure and exploration. Some weeks we'll work on something concrete; other weeks we'll sit with what's surfacing and see what wants attention.
