Therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not an interrogation. I aim to make our sessions feel collaborative and grounded, with room for whatever you bring through the door that day. For folks returning to therapy after a break, or who have had therapy before and want a different fit this time, we'll start by figuring out what worked and what didn't last time. That history is useful, not baggage. Many of my clients arrive because they were referred by a professional or because a friend or family member recommended this work. However you got here, the next step is yours to set. Sessions with me tend to balance structure and exploration. Some weeks we'll work on something concrete; other weeks we'll sit with what's surfacing and see what wants attention.
