
If I could get one idea across before we ever meet, it is this: struggling at work does not mean you chose wrong or that you are not cut out for it. Even very capable people hit walls, and a wall is a sign to look closer, not proof that you are failing. Most of what I do is work-related, though it rarely stays inside business hours. The Sunday dread, the manager who seems to live rent-free in your head, the sense that your ambition and your days have stopped speaking, all of it counts here. We name what is actually wrong and sort what is yours to fix from what is not, then build something you can stand behind. I grew up around a lot of caregiving, and looking after people who were carrying too much always felt natural to me. I keep things plain and unpretentious, with no jargon and no lectures.
