
Most people call me the week something finally tips: a stretch of sleepless energy that cost them dearly, or a month of feeling so flat that pretending stopped being possible. If you are at that point, you are in the right place. I treat adults whose mood episodes have a pattern worth understanding and interrupting. I also work with clients who have been depressed long enough to mistake it for their personality. My style is structured: each session has a purpose, and we measure progress against goals you actually chose. The dialectical part of my training means we practice holding acceptance and change in the same hand, which sounds abstract until it starts working. Therapy is a craft, and I sharpen mine constantly, because you deserve better than autopilot. I bring rigor and a genuine belief that people can change.
