My typical client is the sharpest person on their team and somehow also the one always apologizing. They have the ideas and the intent, plus a to-do list that has quietly become a museum of good intentions. Executive functioning is my home ground: initiation, follow-through, and the maddening gap between knowing and doing. We watch the workplace closely, because that gap gets expensive there first, and we rebuild your systems until they fit the brain you actually have. I use motivational interviewing, so you will never be dragged anywhere; we go where your goals already point. I keep the room steady and unshockable; you will not rattle me, and you never have to protect me. I started out in crisis services, where I learned that calm is a skill you can lend to someone else. Clients borrow mine until their own comes back. When you are ready to close a few of those mental tabs, send a message.
