I understand that seeking therapy often comes during some of life's most difficult moments. You may be grieving, anxious, burned out, or simply feeling disconnected from the person you want to be. Whatever brings you here, I want you to know that you deserve support and that things can genuinely get better. My clinical training has given me a deep toolkit of therapeutic approaches, but I believe the most important tool in therapy is the relationship between us. Research consistently shows that the therapeutic alliance — not any single technique — is the strongest predictor of positive outcomes. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
