In our first few sessions, we will work together to identify your goals, understand what has and has not worked for you in the past, and develop a roadmap that feels both ambitious and achievable. My schedule includes evening and weekend availability because I understand that life does not pause for therapy appointments. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to prioritize your mental health without sacrificing other important commitments.
