For years I have supervised newer clinicians, which keeps me honest about what actually helps and humble about how much courage every client brings. My own practice centers on people who are running on empty after years of showing up for everyone else. I also accompany people through dark seasons, those stretches when everything familiar feels far away. Meditation is a regular part of our work, offered simply and without a drop of dogma. I take real care to build a safe space where you can finally put things down. I know how many people quietly wait for permission to need help; consider it granted. Clients describe our sessions as the quietest hour of their week, in the best possible sense. Whenever you are ready, the door is open.
