
My core belief about therapy is simple: it works when it gets specific. Vague goals produce vague results, and you deserve better than an hour of pleasant wandering. Executive functioning is my niche: the starting, switching, finishing, and remembering that adult life quietly demands all day long. I use CBT because it is testable; if a strategy is not helping, we will know quickly and change course without drama. I keep my caseload deliberately small so the people I see get my full attention rather than whatever is left of it. Small also means honest: I only take on work I believe I can move. I am brisk, decisive, and really on your side; those things are not contradictions. The tone stays casual even when the work is rigorous; bring your coffee and your worst week.
