
A first session with me feels less like an interview and more like exhaling. We go slowly, you share only what you want to share, and by the end you will know exactly what working together would look like. I found this work from the other side of it, as a client first, and I have never forgotten how much courage that first appointment took. These days I focus on adults navigating mood swings that arrive uninvited and leave wreckage behind. Depression is the other territory I know well, from both sides of the room. DBT anchors my approach because it treats coping as something you build piece by piece, not something you are born with. Early on we lay out a roadmap together, then keep checking it against how your actual weeks are going. I pay close attention to how safe the room feels, because nothing useful happens without that. Sessions are available in Mandarin as well as English. Whenever you are ready, even if that is months from now, my door is open.
