Understanding why your brain does what it does — why you freeze in certain situations, why certain patterns keep repeating — can be incredibly liberating. Knowledge is a tool, and I want to equip you with as many tools as possible. My schedule includes evening and weekend availability because I understand that life does not pause for therapy appointments.
