Therapy is often the first place people get to admit they're feeling confused or feeling unmotivated in ways they can't explain to friends or family. I'll meet that without judgment, and we'll work to make sense of it together. When you're feeling scared, feeling afraid, feeling angry, or feeling frustrated, those signals deserve to be taken seriously rather than soothed away. I'll help you stay with what's coming up long enough to understand what it's pointing at. Many of my clients describe feeling lonely, feeling alone, or feeling isolated even when they're surrounded by people. Therapy can be one of the first places where being fully seen becomes possible, and that often loosens something on its own. I draw on evidence-based modalities, but I'm not married to any single framework. The best therapy meets you where you are, and that means staying flexible about what tools we reach for as the work unfolds.
