Time blindness is usually the piece my clients recognize first, that shock of it somehow being 4 p.m. and the chronic lateness that reads as carelessness but is not. My methods are cognitive-behavioral and refreshingly concrete, measured against a single question: is your week getting easier? I came to therapy after years in another line of work entirely, so I know in my bones what it takes to rebuild a life you had already built once. I am direct without being harsh, and I will not waste your time. I am unfiltered by design; you will always know where you stand with me.
