
Let me lead with the point that matters most: you do not have to perform wellness in this room. Arrive tired, arrive doubtful, arrive mid-crisis. All of it is workable. I practiced in group settings for years before going solo, and I kept the best habit from that era, which is real collaboration. If you have been anxious for so long that it feels like personality, I want you to know that it is not. The pressures of modern adult life are real, and pretending otherwise helps nobody. My framework is cognitive behavioral, which sounds technical but mostly means we get very specific about thoughts and habits. You will collect practical tools as we go, each one tested against your actual week. I am non-binary, and my practice is a place where you never have to translate yourself.
