We work to surface what's actually missing and to make the next step feel less impossible. A lot of what we'll do is figure out what's actually yours to carry and what isn't, and slowly let the rest go. Many of my clients arrive because they were referred by a professional or because a friend or family member recommended this work. However you got here, the next step is yours to set. Therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not an interrogation. I aim to make our sessions feel collaborative and grounded, with room for whatever you bring through the door that day.
