
I became a therapist because I saw firsthand how transformative the right support can be. Humor has a place in therapy, and I am not afraid to use it. Laughter can be healing, and the ability to find lightness even in dark moments is a form of resilience. That said, I always follow your lead and hold space for whatever emotions are present. My schedule includes evening and weekend availability because I understand that life does not pause for therapy appointments.
