
Most people call me the week something small finally tips the scale: one more missed morning, one more evening spent staring at the ceiling. The problem is rarely new. The readiness is. I spent years working in hospital programs before opening my own practice, and that training shows: I am focused, thorough, and unafraid of hard subjects. Burnout is one half of my practice. The other is persistent low mood, that gray territory people dismiss because they are still technically functioning. We take it seriously, and we take it apart together. I hold a high standard for how clients deserve to be treated here. Expect respect, candor, and a really compassionate ear. Much of our work returns to the present moment, because that is the only place change actually happens. Clients describe me as crisp but kind, and I take that as exactly right. If your scale tipped recently, this is a good place to land.
