Therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation, not an interrogation. I aim to make our sessions feel collaborative and grounded, with room for whatever you bring through the door that day. Many of my clients describe feeling lonely, feeling alone, or feeling isolated even when they're surrounded by people. Therapy can be one of the first places where being fully seen becomes possible, and that often loosens something on its own. If this is your first time in therapy, or you've been considering therapy for a while and finally feel ready, I want you to know there's no right way to do this. We'll go at your pace, and I'll explain anything that feels opaque about how the process works. Some people come in feeling stuck, feeling lost, or feeling disconnected from a life that, on paper, looks fine. We work to surface what's actually missing and to make the next step feel less impossible.
