
Therapy should not feel like another obligation on your to-do list. I strive to create sessions that feel engaging, productive, and even occasionally lighthearted. Real change happens when you feel comfortable enough to be honest, and I work hard to build that trust from our very first conversation. I take a collaborative approach to treatment planning. In our first few sessions, we will work together to identify your goals, understand what has and has not worked for you in the past, and develop a roadmap that feels both ambitious and achievable. My schedule includes evening and weekend availability because I understand that life does not pause for therapy appointments. I want to make it as easy as possible for you to prioritize your mental health without sacrificing other important commitments.
