Most people contact me the week after something breaks: a job, a budget, a string of sleepless nights that finally scared them. You do not have to wait for that moment, but if it has already arrived, you are in the right place. My specialty is bipolar disorder and depression in adults, including the aftermath of manic episodes and the airless months that can follow them. I practice DBT because it is precise: skills with names, steps you can rehearse, results you can measure. Every client and I build a clear plan in the first few weeks, then revise it as real life weighs in. I offer therapy in American Sign Language (ASL), and Deaf clients are welcome here. I have spent years supervising newer clinicians, which keeps my own standards high and my methods current. I am direct, organized, and allergic to wasted sessions. If that sounds like your speed, get in touch.
