
The longer I do this work, the more I notice how capable most people already are, and how rarely they believe it. Nearly everyone who sits down with me has been quietly carrying more than anyone around them realizes. My focus is the kind of mind that will not settle, the one that turns a small uncertainty into a very long night. When spiraling thoughts pick up speed, we slow the film down frame by frame and ask what is actually true right now. I want you to leave a session with something concrete you can do at eleven at night, not just a fresh vocabulary for how bad you feel. This practice grew slowly, one referral at a time, mostly from former clients who told a friend. That suits me, because I would rather do steady work with a few people than rush anyone through it.
