Having done this for a long while, the thing I am surest of is that people underestimate how much of their daily life has been organized around avoidance. They can tell you the obvious things they no longer do. The dozens of small routings and adjustments made without conscious thought are much harder to see from the inside. Mapping those is often the most useful early work. PTSD spreads outward quietly, claiming a road, then a shop, then a time of day, then a whole category of social occasion, and each concession seems reasonable when it is made. We map the whole territory and then reclaim it piece by piece, in an order that you choose. I hold only a small number of clients at once, which means I can hold your particular map in mind rather than a generic version of it. The specifics matter enormously here. If your world has been quietly shrinking, get in touch.
