
My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing happens through genuine human connection. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I tailor my approach to meet you exactly where you are, honoring your unique story, culture, and goals for treatment. My clinical training has given me a deep toolkit of therapeutic approaches, but I believe the most important tool in therapy is the relationship between us. Research consistently shows that the therapeutic alliance — not any single technique — is the strongest predictor of positive outcomes. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
