I specialize in anxiety and depression in adults. If a racing mind will not let you rest, that is something we can treat. If getting out of bed has quietly become the hardest part of your day, that is treatable too. We trace the thought patterns underneath, test them against what is actually true, and rebuild your days from there. I keep my caseload deliberately small, so every client gets my full attention, prepared for and remembered. I aim to be a calm presence you can borrow until your own calm returns.
