
Years of practice have taught me one reliable thing: by the time someone decides to get help, they have been white-knuckling it far longer than anyone around them realizes. I keep my caseload intentionally small, because depth of attention is the whole point of this work for me. The people I see are managing the pressures of demanding jobs, aging parents, and lives with no margin for error. What finally brings them in is an exhaustion that sleep stopped fixing a while ago. Nothing about your situation will shock me, and nothing about it is beyond repair. I have watched too many men mistake silence for strength, and I offer a different definition. In our sessions we think together, slowly and honestly, until the way forward becomes visible. You will not be rushed here, and you will not be judged. If margin is what your life is missing, I would be glad to help you find some.
