
There is a moment I see almost every week: someone stops mid-sentence, takes a breath, and notices their shoulders have finally come down from their ears. I build sessions around getting people to that moment. If you have been on edge for so long that tense feels like your normal, your mind and body are overdue for relief. I also sit with people through their dark seasons, when everything takes twice the effort and means half as much. Much of our work together will be reframing, which is less about positive thinking and more about finding truer, more useful ways to read your own life. I have spent years supervising newer clinicians, and helping others sharpen the craft keeps my own work honest. Sessions with me feel like a real conversation that is going somewhere.
