For folks returning to therapy after a break, or who have had therapy before and want a different fit this time, we'll start by figuring out what worked and what didn't last time. That history is useful, not baggage. When you're feeling scared, feeling afraid, feeling angry, or feeling frustrated, those signals deserve to be taken seriously rather than soothed away. I'll help you stay with what's coming up long enough to understand what it's pointing at. I draw on evidence-based modalities, but I'm not married to any single framework. The best therapy meets you where you are, and that means staying flexible about what tools we reach for as the work unfolds.
