My clients often tell me that what they appreciate most is feeling truly heard. In a world that moves so fast, having someone sit with you, reflect back what they see, and help you make sense of your experience is profoundly powerful. That is the kind of space I aim to create. I take a collaborative approach to treatment planning. In our first few sessions, we will work together to identify your goals, understand what has and has not worked for you in the past, and develop a roadmap that feels both ambitious and achievable. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
