I work with adults managing anxiety that shows up as tension, avoidance, and a mind that will not clock out. I also help with stress, the sneaky kind that gets rebranded as being responsible. Together we track thought patterns until you can spot yours in the wild, mid-thought, before they finish the sentence. There is homework, always small and always chosen by you, because practice beats theory every single time. I am often told this feels less clinical than expected, and I take that as a compliment.
