You are probably here because something that used to work stopped working: the pushing through, the powering down, the promising yourself next month will be different. That stopping point is not failure; it is information. Burnout is my specialty, and I treat it as a meaningful signal rather than a weakness to manage away. I also walk with clients through dark seasons, when depression seems to pull the world out of reach. I am a Jewish therapist, and the rhythms of rest and renewal in my tradition quietly inform how I think about healing. My first task with every client is building a truly safe space, and I take no shortcuts on it. Meditation, offered simply and without mysticism, helps my clients find a stillness they can return to on their own. I treat this work as a craft I am still perfecting, because you deserve nothing less. Sessions with me feel calm, deliberate, and quietly hopeful. If you have read this far, consider reaching out; the first conversation asks nothing of you but the courage to start.
