You might be here because the drinking that used to be fun has started keeping score. Or maybe you just want one place in your life where you do not have to perform. Both are good reasons. Most of the adults I see are rethinking alcohol or other substances after years of quietly managing. Motivational interviewing is the engine of my approach; I ask the kind of questions that help you hear yourself more clearly. I am enby, and I know firsthand how much lighter therapy feels when you are not bracing to be misread. I offer sessions in American Sign Language (ASL) alongside English. Newer clinicians train under me these days, and mentoring them keeps me honest about my own blind spots. I offer real talk delivered calmly; urgency is rarely useful, but honesty always is. Whenever you are ready, reach out, and we will begin wherever you actually are.
