
What would it feel like to hear yourself think again? Many people who find me have lived with a racing mind for so long that quiet feels unfamiliar, almost suspicious. I work with adults whose anxiety shows up as constant mental noise: rehearsed conversations, replayed mistakes, a running audit of everything that could go wrong. As a Black therapist, I know how much it matters to sit with someone who does not need the world you move through explained to them. As a lesbian, I am honored to walk alongside clients making sense of a gender journey, whatever shape it takes. I also pay close attention to the quiet training so many women receive in keeping every plate spinning. I see this work as something I am still getting better at, and I like it that way; it keeps me honest about what is helping you and quick to adjust when something is not.
