I grew up around caregiving, so tending to people never felt like a job choice; it felt like the family trade. Worry, left alone, expands to fill every quiet moment you give it. Heaviness works differently, settling in so slowly that you cannot remember when you started carrying it. Reframing sits at the center of how I work: not forced positivity, but learning to see your situation with more accuracy and more mercy.
