Therapy should not feel like another obligation on your to-do list. I strive to create sessions that feel engaging, productive, and even occasionally lighthearted. Real change happens when you feel comfortable enough to be honest, and I work hard to build that trust from our very first conversation. I believe that therapy should equip you with practical skills you can use in your daily life. We will not just talk about problems — we will actively practice new ways of thinking, communicating, and coping so that the work we do together extends far beyond the therapy room. Outside of my practice, I am an avid reader, a mediocre but enthusiastic cook, and a firm believer that walks in nature solve at least half of life's problems. I share this because I think it matters that your therapist is a real person, not just a credential on a wall.
